Dyson's purifying fan heaters combine intelligent sensing with an advanced filtration system. Powerful Air Multiplier™ technology purifies and heats the whole room, while a filter removes gases and odors, and a HEPA filter captures 99.97% of particles 0.3 microns in size. Automatically senses, captures, and traps pollutants for cleaner air, with 10 speeds available.

The machine is fully sealed to HEPA H13 standard, ensuring that what goes inside stays inside. Air Multiplier technology generates the circulation power to draw distant pollutants into the machine, projecting purified air throughout the whole room. It automatically senses and reacts to changes in air quality, reporting pollution in real-time on the LCD screen and on the MyDyson app.

Users can choose between Fan mode for direct cooling with up to 350 degree oscillation and Backward airflow mode to purify without cooling. The filter is quick and easy to change, with automatic filter-life notifications on the LCD screen or MyDyson app. The machine can be programmed to turn off after pre-set intervals between 30 minutes and 8 hours, and in Night mode, it monitors and purifies using the quietest settings with a dimmed display.

The purifying fan heater is multifunctional, intelligently purifying, heating, and cooling the user. It requires a device to run the app, Wi-Fi or mobile data, Bluetooth 4.0 support, and iOS version 10 or Android version 5 (or above). Standard data and messaging rates may apply. The machine can be controlled hands-free with compatible voice services, working with Amazon Alexa, Apple Siri, and Google Home.

In terms of performance, the machine has been tested for air projection (DTM801), purification coverage in a 2860ft3 room (TM-003711), and heating performance in a 1236ft3 room (DTM961). It is not an air conditioning unit, but a fan that purifies and heats the air.
